Deadline of on-line early registration is April 30, 2018. (TOCAT8, ZMPC2018, TOCAT8 & ZMPC2018)
Deadline of on-line late registration is June 30, 2018. (ZMPC2018, TOCAT8 & ZMPC2018 Only.)

Participant from overseas and who needs to apply "Japan Entry Visa" should be registered by April 30.

Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is available via this website.

Note:

• Presenters for oral presentations must complete the registration and payment by May 15, 2018. In case of a failure in registration/payment by the time, the oral presentation will be automatically canceled and moved to poster presentation.
• Presenters for poster presentation, sumitted by Janalso must complete the registration and payment by May 15, 2018. Otherwise your presentation will be automatically cancelled.
• On-line Registration will be closed on June 30, 2018 at 24:00 JST (Japan Standard Time). All the registrations after this date will be handled as "On-site".
• The name of the conference will not appear but our company name (Kinki Nippon Tourist Hokkaido Co., Ltd.) will in your credit card statement.
• On-line registration will be applied only when you make payment in advance through credit card or bank transfer prior to the symposium.

You can register and make a payment (credit card or Japanese Yen cash) at the Conference Registration Desk.
If you make a payment at the Registration Desk, your registration choice will be categorized as "On-site".

On-site registration will be available from 14:00 on August 5, 2018 to 12:00 on August 10, 2018.

Note:

• Only Japanese yen or credit card is accepted.
• On-line registration and payment is preferred.

A basic condition for the payment of registration fee date is just as same date as each categorized registration deadline day.
